CAN'T LOAD IN

Can't start the game, stuck on loading screen.

On loading screen after tutorial, tips are showing and dots after LOADING are moving, but after a minute or two, game just crashes.
I've played DEMO with no problems, my PC is a bit older but I think this is something else.

same problem here, but i dont know how do export this log files.

i tried starting as admin, than the game closes after a black screen instantly and the information about the game wants to make changes at the pc apears again.

BUG REPORTING GUIDE

Please share your (1) game logs, (2) saves, and (3) DxDiag — they are essential for diagnosing and fixing bugs.

(1) HOW TO FIND LOGS

Game logs are located here:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\Logs

Server logs are located here:

R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Saved\Logs

To get there, open Steam, find Windrose in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files. From there, archive the files in the Logs folder and share them with us.

Please name your logs in a way that describes the problem, for example: Crashedwhile_fighting_Dodo.log

(2) HOW TO FIND SAVES

Your saves are located here:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
Please close the game before archiving your saves!

If you are playing on a dedicated server:

• Stop both the client and the dedicated server.
• Find and archive your server logs and world save.

Dedicated server logs are located here:

R5\Saved\Logs

Dedicated server saves are located here:

R5\Saved\SaveProfiles

To get there, open Steam, find Windrose Dedicated Server in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files (or go to the folder where your Windrose Dedicated Server is stored).

Please close the dedicated server before archiving your saves.

(3) Please also include your DxDiag report

This is your PC specifications in .txt format:

• Press Win + R.
• Type dxdiag and press Enter.
• When the tool opens, click Save All Information.
• Save the .txt file and attach it to your report.

(4) Any additional screenshots and/or videos are HIGHLY appreciated!

We would suggest this solution:
(it helped other player with the same issue)
Player need to Delete saves (WARNING: all progress will be lost if there was any)

Close the game
Turn off steam cloud saves
delete saves
for client saves : C:\Users{UserName}\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
for dedicated server folder (if he has it) : R5\Saved
Launch the game

I tried this and turned OFF the Admin thing (there i have the same problem with closing) and now its working. Thanks you very much!!

In some other reports i've seen that changing your character name to English
and - if your Windows profile name has some non-english letters it might cause that

Had the load screen issue, for me it helped some view in outgoing Firewall logs from dedicated Server to public. Saw some drops during server startup, opened the Ports, restart the server and the loading Page could continue. My FW does not Support upnp hopefully later they will add an Option to PIN on defined Ports to restrict it again

1st Ive reinstalled the game, same problem
2nd Ive deleted saves and turned off steam cloud, and still didnt make it, then I got random errors :
