Please share your (1) game logs, (2) saves, and (3) DxDiag — they are essential for diagnosing and fixing bugs.
(1) HOW TO FIND LOGS
Game logs are located here:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\Logs
Server logs are located here:
R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Saved\Logs
To get there, open Steam, find Windrose in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files. From there, archive the files in the Logs folder and share them with us.
Please name your logs in a way that describes the problem, for example: Crashedwhile_fighting_Dodo.log
(2) HOW TO FIND SAVES
Your saves are located here:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
Please close the game before archiving your saves!
If you are playing on a dedicated server:
• Stop both the client and the dedicated server.
• Find and archive your server logs and world save.
Dedicated server logs are located here:
R5\Saved\Logs
Dedicated server saves are located here:
R5\Saved\SaveProfiles
To get there, open Steam, find Windrose Dedicated Server in your library, right-click it, then go to Manage → Browse local files (or go to the folder where your Windrose Dedicated Server is stored).
Please close the dedicated server before archiving your saves.
(3) Please also include your DxDiag report
This is your PC specifications in .txt format:
• Press Win + R.
• Type dxdiag and press Enter.
• When the tool opens, click Save All Information.
• Save the .txt file and attach it to your report.
(4) Any additional screenshots and/or videos are HIGHLY appreciated!
i cant start coop too
idk why now coop not working , i play together with friend demo and works fine

Are you hosting for your friend? Are you joining? Are you using a dedicated server?
when i try to do dedicated server this is what it throws me

we both try host coop , but we have same problem

Did you guys played the demo before?
i played demo yes
Got DC and now can't host server anymore (we've played with 4 people together) and after 1 hr got dc and now can't start server
like infinite loading and then getting back to main screen
On demo i've had an issue and wasn't able to play coop - and u've informed that time that u r checking it
bdw we are 3 different people we dont play together, dont understand why they dont make other tickets..
cus i think ur gonna be confused by this
It's the same on our server.
make ur own tickets..
cus when there is gonna be way to many stuff then when he fixes it he checks it and see oh this is fixed and one of us wont get his issue fixed

Yes, I understand that. Yet the demo and the Early Access release are not comparable in scope. Please try the measures in the list provided. I'm not sure which ones could work in your case
Then it's most certainly ISP blocking of some sort; look for measures listed there

You mean your ISP / provider? I suppose you can find out support here and talk to them about it
Maybe through chat-bot or email, I'm not sure what's available in your case
I highly doubt you can do anything on your own in this case, so contacting your provider is the most straightforward thing to do

I'm sorry to hear nothing of these measures worked for you guys. I can additionally suggest turning off Steam Cloud and removing save files, as it is mentioned in the guide. If that doesn't help, I can keep you posted on. We are working on tech fixes as we speak
