Server isn't showing on gportal, server was created, invite code was set, however the invite code didn't auto generate when left blank, it didn't accept the one created, and there is also no logs folder to even submit because that folder doesn't exist on the file directory for the server.

ok thats strange, cause i see others that working. In that case i think only thing you can do is create a support ticket on our GPORTAL website and let them check if the server is stuck somewhere :/
I'll hopfully be able to check back once I get back from work, hopefully if I just let it sit, and it will come to life maybe

hmm, mine is in Singapore - so nothing to do with location I guess
you can try adding the server manually in Steam. Go to Steam > View > Game Servers > Favourites
click on + and paste in the IP address and port of your Gportal server
in my case, Steam couldn't even detect a server at my IP:port - very odd

hey hey, i just asked my colleague, he said if you can pls check is its under "my server" on the very very top and there should be on the right side of it a button with "activate"

GP just got back from helping with My IT ticket,, it was a IP issue

coudn't find my server with invite code...reinstalled and made my own code BEFORE starting the server this time and it worked

@grave chasm whats the average response time for tickets?
Did you delete the server and re-add it? I deleted my server, added it back, gave it a 10 digit invite code with a password and then started it and I can't connect to it
normaly 1-3 hours. If you wrote something about the known issues, might be faster but mostly a copy paste answer.

I would however that file directory doesnt exist when I went looking in the R5 folder
if your logs do not exist at all, pls send in a support ticket, they need to hard restart the server i think.

Damn this invite code bug is really annoying. Iv tried:
-setting the password to 8 characters
-setting password to 9 characters
-setting password to 10 characters
-I can ping the server via CMD
-I can ftp to server via file zilla
-Deleted server each time for invite code updates
nothing seems to work
Are you changing the password or the invite code?
it started working all of a sudden, can get in now. Maybe its just really delayed
It could be that the fix was applied to the machine your server is on, devs currently rolling out ๐
we had to add 2 spacebar presses to get our invite code to work, we have a 6 letter code.

The issues around "I can't find my server in-game" and "the invite code isn't working" have received a fix, and our devs are currently rolling it out to all servers. It will take a little bit until it has been applied everywhere.
That should resolve the issue. If it is still not working for someone within the next hour, a server restart might help.
If that still does not fix it, please make sure to open a ticket with Support via our website. ๐

Happy to report that my gportal server is working now; think it just needed a hard reset by the support team
oddly, the manual way of adding ip/port to steam doesn't work, but at least the invite code works in game

im still getting quest progression even if we put shared to false.

So I had the same issue, go to the main page for your server and hit factory restart
Also, put in a support ticket with GPortal, they may have to do some back end stuff on their end too
