Came here to ask this same question, so glad to see that it is being addressed. I've purchased the game, but I'm hoping that my partner can join me too as she uses GFN 🙂

Well seeing as console is a long ways off and I've been mainly playing pc games via gfn on my xbox's web browser I hope this gets added as ive already bought the game thinking it would be on there due to the demo being there

It is currently getting stuck on the map loading screen for me on GeForce Now

He for GeForceNow do you need to have the install storage add on like for the demo? Or just need to be premium member ?

I am a gfn founder so I don't know if it's available on on the free tiers but I do know that it's not installed to play a game So it should work with any paid subscription

Very sorry to hear that you are encountering problems. If feels like you've stuck with an issue where your steam cloud save got corrupted for some reason.

Unfortunately while playing on GFN you can not access teh save file directory and delete the save to fix this issue.

What you can try to do is submit a suppoer ticket to GFN, saying something like:

Hello<

I am tryting to play the game WIndrose and it looks like my save files were corrupted and I can not boot up into the game. Developper suggest for my cases to delete files that are usually located here when just playing through Steam: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SavedProfiles

Do you believe you can try to delete SaveProfiles folder for me so I can try to play the game?

unfortunately I can not verify that this case works, we have reached out to GFN but haven't heard back yet. You can try submitting a ticjet or wait untill we hear from GFN if there's an easier way to fix this.

After deleting my local files i can play with my other computer. played 3 hours saved my progress to cloud. GFN cant syncronise with this cloud also it warns that it cant syncronise. I believe the issue is about GFN's file permits. It is stored as R5. But maybe gfn made it as windrose as default folder. So you might need to warn them about this. Saving folder is not windrose its R5. Thats worth to try

i think GFN preconfigured as saving the player files at Windrose folder. Does not permit to create folder namerd R5. Thats why even if you get the files from the cloud or even if you are a new player, R5 named folder never gets created. So it stuck. Thats my theory. As developers can you let them know? or can you rename our local folder R5 to windrose with an update
