We're a small group of players, adults with jobs and lives, but we want to play. So we're going to have Thursdays (and/or other agreed on day) for when everyone who can joins up and we fight bosses/do tech advances/explore/raid etc. Other days are open for base construction, resouce gathering, trading, cooking, casual exploring, etc. We love base building and playing together.
