I didn't have time to record a video when the post was published, so I recorded it now. I haven't built anything new yet, but I do have plans for a stone residential area; I might add more small details to the surroundings.
Currently, the port offers a wide variety of amenities, from stalls and cozy spots for relaxation to spacious streets connecting the quarters. Specifically, there's a warehouse near the longest shopping arcade, an armory near the southern jungle entrance, charcoal burners at the pier at the edge of the area, a gunsmith's shop, a clothing store, a trading post, an alchemy shop, the port residence, and, of course, a tavern with guest rooms. The main tower on the cliff houses a hall for private receptions and the governor's quarters.
I started building this place before the competition was announced and before I learned that all the demo buildings wouldn't be in Early Access. It was sad at first, but I'm sure Early Access will bring many new elements and building options, so I'll definitely get around to building a new city-port. I enjoy creating atmospheric, large-scale projects, so I'd be happy if this build brought you positive emotions, perhaps inspired you to try it yourself or use it as a reference. I'd love to participate in the development of such locations so that every player can enjoy them, interact and have a good time with friends and another players.
Of course, you can find flaws in my creation, but I assure you that they are caused solely by the extremely tight deadlines for such a huge implementation; I probably harmed myself with such ambitions) and now i have 182 hours in the our lovely demo Windrose!
