A few friends of mine simply made "music" with Suno.AI, nothing by themselves and placed it on YouTube. They got striked for that (or whatever it was called) because even if you make music with Suno.AI, they still have the rights (the trademark). Unless you buy the whole upgrade/plan from them.

I mean technically no one has the rights to anything made by A.I. that's the whole issue with calling it creative from a legal standpoint it can't be seen as a creative work
