Welcome to the Windrose Community Discord!

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the rules below. By acknowledging and remaining in the server, you are hereby consenting to these rules and what they entail.

These are the updated rules as of 26/05/2026. Changelog: Overhauled previous server rules, provided details for reporting, and added an FAQ.

CODE OF CONDUCT: Rules and Etiquette

Our Code of Conduct is governed by the five community guidelines that everyone who is a part of the Windrose community follows. Everyone -- no exceptions -- follow the Community Guidelines listed below:

Community Guidelines

1. Don’t act like a scallywag.
2. Do not attack, harass, threaten, or bully anyone.
3. Comments or behaviors that violate our Code of Conduct will be addressed. This policy shall be determined by the Server Staff in its sole discretion. (SEE BELOW FOR OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY)
4. Respect the Server Staff when rules are enforced. If you break the rules, we reserve the right to take action on your account.
5. Be respectful, be nice, be cool, and be kind to each other.

Official Server Rules:

1. Follow Discord’s Community Guidelines https://discordapp.com/guidelines and the Windrose Community Guidelines stated above. Violations of either of these will result in action. If you wish to make a direct report to the entire Mod Team, please use @young axle. Otherwise, feel free to reach out to any available mods via the <@&1354821664998817822> role.

2. Don’t act like a scallywag. Do not attack, harass, or threaten anyone. Any of these violations will result in either a time-out or permanent ban.

3. Disruptive behavior is not tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to: hate speech, scam/referral links, harassment, nudity, pornographic content, sharing personal or confidential information about another user, unsolicited self-promotion, discussion of modern politics/religion, advertising of services or other platforms, buying or selling of in-game content or other products, public squabbling, venting, swearing, or spam.

4. Respect the Mods. If they tell you to stop, stop. Moderators may attempt to contact you via DMs if necessary.

5. No NSFW content. NSFW content includes, but isn't limited to, pornography, extreme violent imagery, other sexual, disturbing or objectionable content. This server is 16+. Let's keep behaviour suitable for underaged individuals.

6. Keep conversations in English outside of designated Language channels.

7. Do not @, DM, or FRIEND REQUEST the Developers without consent. Respect their privacy.

8. Please refrain from using non-standard characters for your server nickname. Kindly comply with staff requests to edit your nickname if required. Impersonation of Windrose staff or other community members is forbidden.

9. No self promotions of unrelated Discord servers. Windrose related Servers may be officially advertised in #1493010069682520138 via application in @young axle. In game servers may be advertised freely in #1493029476970270740

   We reserve the right to enforce all the above at our discretion.

Voice and Text Chat Etiquette:

This is a public space! Please be aware of how your comments can be perceived by others.

Priority of a voice call needs to be given to those that are hosting or playing games if you join as a spectator (we encourage you to do so!)

1. Stay on topic as much as possible when participating in specific channels.

2. Do not excessively change or use special characters in your nickname. It can be confusing both for mods and community members who are trying to get to know you. 🙂

3. Understand the above rules and utilize the <@&1354821664998817822>. They’re here to answer questions, report concerns, and more!

4. NO UNSOLICITED DMs or FRIEND REQUESTS. Consent is key. Check with someone before you DM (private message) them or send them a Friend Request. Server Staff is not obligated to be your friend or accept your Friend Request.

5. In voice chats, be respectful of others! If you have a loud keyboard or background noise, keep yourself muted when not immediately speaking.

**We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for offensive behaviour of any kind, including but not limited to: **Offensive, swearing, abusive, obscene, threatening, intimidating, harassing, stalking, doxxing, swatting, witch-hunting, intimidation, offensive verbal or written comments, threatening physical assault and/or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography or recording, sustained and continuous disruption of events, insinuating inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention, or depictions of hate symbols or hate groups/individuals associated with said groups/ideologies. derogatory comments about: race, colour, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender presentation, sexual orientation, age, body size, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, or pregnancy.

We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis.
