1. Friend gave this to me after taking a break from the game and coming back to try the new update, tried to refine it to +10 ( got it twice and it rolled back twice). 2. Try again to success refine to +10 ( downgrade to +8 works but +10 wont). 3. Provided screenshots

i have the same issue it rolls back to +1

Same issue just refine 2 of my gems to +9 twice, and got rollbacked twice to +0

Sooo i kinda found the temporary fix for anyone having this issue.

If after you refine to your desired level and you checked your backpack and the level its not updating, put the gems on your storage, then log in with other character and check your storage, it will update to the "correct" level.

Wish i found out about this earlier before losing 5m gold Icon_Emoji_Cat_Crying
