I know that I already fixed my build a week ago and reached a total of 193 ASPD with only the Haste buff. However, after a few days, I noticed that it dropped to 192, so I tried fixing my shoes and changed the stat to ASPD instead of CSPD from my older shoes. Despite that, it’s still stuck at 192.
As you can see in the screenshot provided, both still show 192 ASPD. Even when I use the ASPD shoes instead of the CSPD ones, the ASPD remains the same.
