So for DPS, most if not all convert to element and use primordial or coporeal for damage, which now lowers viable build variety, so in suggestion I would like to propose some new or buffs for some artifacts. Also need some defensive artifacts

Buffs:
Steelheart or Storm quiver - add splash to auto and chain to auto, or instead of all stats do +5 str/dex
Arcanum- Add faster casting
Aethercore- Add mp regen, instead of all stats do +5 int
Bastion- add def and mdef or all resist
Furybrand- replace to crit per refine instead of damage
Hawkeye- + 5 to dex instead of all stats or add + Range

New:
Something like all stats for a stat stacker? each piece has different stat, plus all stat set bonus?
Something that can grant an advanced class skill or max level skill when full set?
Something that can reduced damage from melee, range, and magic or elemental resist
Something perfect dodge or block chance
Something that can cause poison, bleed, and or burn?
Something that can add more AoE?
Something that can have HP or MP regen, flat and % full set

Changing the +1 to something specific depending on the artifact is a great idea
The only things I disagree with are furybrand and perfect dodge/block.

For fury, IMO crit damage holds far more value than crit rate considering per 10 luk you get 5 crit rate but only 2% damage so either a buff to crit damage or if it changed to crit rate I would also suggest buffing base crit damage from 120>125 or 130.

And then perfect dodge/block is riding a fine line. Paladin can reach 70% block with passives, high block and a utility item and Shinobi can reach 56-60% perfect dodge with 2 parrying knives, ninja hood/ghostly hat, breezeguard armor, shadebound artifacts and passive. (could be up to 70% but requires a +10 boss gem and the 2 knives and hat)
Sure the shinobi loses a ton of damage but being able to avoid damage 60% of the time including magic is the trade off.
I also think it rides a fine line because if this is inspired by RO than I would expect some sort of GvG to eventually get added and I already know block is going to be an issue because how strong it is currently
