#Zone portals visual difficulty for colorblind users

Adding this due to a convo that just happened in game, but apparently some colorblind users can't see some zone portals.

Zone portals should get more deliberate/obvious visuals added to them (remove colorblindedness from the equation).

Shouldn't this be a suggestion not a bug?
