#UI size adjustment option

I would like to suggest that there be a UI size setting.

Now that we can have 4 bars, which is essential for priest players, the bar takes up a significant portion of the player's view. Being able to reduce the size of the UI (or parts of it) would be a great help.

I think Phil mentioned planning for stuff to be movable... I dunno about resizing though
