#Events to toggle mod menu options

My idea is to have a new tab where you can create events, similar to the events you can create it the labels tab with conditionals and variables. However, here you can set the event to turn on/off or change a certain option in the mod menu when the condition is satisfied.

For example, if the player passes 50%, disable death effect will be enabled, or if the level is more than 7 stars, practice mode will automatically be turned on on first play.
