If upgrading an item with a Devine Aether Half the cost if the item already has a socket

Compared to season 1 I find myself more starved for gold and upgrading resources which I'm actually a fan of the grind is why I play, but 2000 gold to use this really powerful tool is so much especially when I'm upgrading an item already with a socket, keep the cost of the 1 Aether but just half the gold from 2000 to 1000 if the item already has a socket especially considering half of what the upgrade does is already done
