(Tariq) Schism buff track somewhere

Good morning, fellows. I am an eternal Tariq player, pushing 26s for context.

I totally understand that talents or skills that have a certain proc per minute are destined to be somehow unreliable to proc. That being said, I would really apreciate to know when the timer of said minutes starts. I feel like sometimes I get procs at the beginning of the pull and others I do my full opener rotation and, after 30s or so, I begin seeing procs.

It would be amazing if we could actually see the moment we can "fish" for that proc instead of praying to RNG gods for a damage increase.

i wonder how many things i manage to do with my brain others need "WA" for ...like .. .the lightning that is random on heavy strike talent .. everytime i use it, (like every 2nd 3gcd rota) i know i get a lightning.. ... wouldnt that eleminate the reason of "chances to proc" at all if game is going to tell u "hey, i will proc now if u use ability Y" ?

im personally more a fan of "after X use of Y you get 20% inc. dmg for 3 seconds or on next spell Z use)

that way you can prepare for mechanics like pillars or orbs
