My friend and I have just gotten our second characters to eternal and especially paragon to eternal capstone ilvl felt ridiculously high, we were full paragon gear 230-240 ilvl and still not getting capstone when queueing. Its to the point where it feels pointless to queue because we wont get capstone, we wont get score or gear upgrades, only gold. Its extremely demotivating, especially when we finally made a group of similarly geared people from a pug and cleared it with 7 or so min left on the clock with some half wipes. It's not too difficult, it's just gatekept.
