I accidentally touched my directories in Emby, causing a complete refresh and re-ID all of my Emby content. All the details: I was editing permissions on my NAS, and ended up with an issue where Emby couldn't see one directory. Simply clicking in the Folder UI and not changing the directory was enough to make Emby completely re-ID that particular library once I got the permission fixed.
In the meantime it happened to be when Tunarr auto-scanned, and it couldn't find those Emby shows anymore because they had new IDs. So I had duplicates of all content, only half of it was in the trash/not found. I restored an Emby backup, fixing all of those issues in Emby, and going back to original IDs. This fixed my Tunarr libraries, but now I have errors in my Time Slot Editor "This show is marked as missing in the database" for all Emby TV shows (screenshot 1). The shows are still scheduled and watchable, even when I change other slots and save a new schedule. But opening one of those slots shows no Show, no Seasons (screenshot 2). Filling in the missing information does not fix the slot, it still shows as "marked missing" forcing me to delete these slots and add completely new ones.
Is there a fix for this somewhere that I might be missing, instead of manually rebuilding my entire schedule?
