I go to start TUNARR but it doesnt do anything - just shows a blank screen

Let it go for a little. It is likely running some migrations that are fairly heavy duty depending on the size of your DB and speed of your machine e

#

If it continues you can enable debug logging and retry

hmmm ok i guess ill leave up for awhile - i closed before and then reopenned

#

not sure if theres a way for you to in updates put up some message in the screen that notes if its doing something or not so people know that even though its blank its doing something

#

if i do need to downgrade - i copied over the tunarr folder - i should be able to just copy / overwrite the tunarr folder and just launch the old version?

yea i can add something. that is why i suggested starting it with debug level logs for now

to see what is going on

waiting did seem to allow it to start later

Rather than start a new thread I'll post here. Finally getting around to doing the upgrade. If you remember, I have a rather large database - many very large channels so I'm just letting the first time run, but it has been an hour and still nothing happening. Well something is happening because the CPU and DISK are definitely constantly doing SOMETHING... How long should I leave it to run? You mentioned logging - if I try again how do I enable logging on the first-install?

#

Oh I see at about 40 minutes into the process, it did update the db, db-shm and db-wal files in the folder as the date modified changed. So something is definitely happening. I'm gonna let it keep going for now...

there's definitely more error after the log cuts off but the window closes before I can see it
