#FFmpeg path is wrong/old through NSSM, correct when running as Admin

I've been setting up Tunarr to run on my Windows 10 pc. I downloaded the latest FFmpeg and have been trying to edit the paths so that it sees them. I tried using the direct editing command while it was running as an Admin, and it seemed like it worked until I closed Tunarr and restarted it as a service through NSSM. The settings.json file points to the correct paths, so I'm really stumped.

You have to configure NSSM to run as your user, the settings are scoped to your user
