I don't play katarina, but if youre good enough with any champ you'll climb
I would imagine you would need to be very good with katarina to climb - shes difficult and not that hot in the meta

Katarina got buff on her AP riot just won't her to play sunderer but Kata AP is actually fine

When Azir was unplayable I still had 65%+ winrate and climbed consistently because I onetricked the champion and focused on improvement
