vs intro bots, play with a group for xp boost

go like ziggs, tristana and some turret shred or w/e

run bot perma and you can end games in like 10 minutes

the absolute fastest way to level to 15 would be to buy Exp Boosts for wins and Exp boosts for time because they stack, and then play & win normal blind or draft games

#

but why do you ask for level 15? Nothing changes when you reach lvl 15

it takes about 1-2 hours per level if you do it fast

You get significantly more exp from draft than bot games IF YOU WIN.

if you are going to 50% win/lose your draft games, I believe it is faster to just spam bot games

but it is way faster to level if you can win most of your draft games
