A lot of quality of life changes, rengar is a lot smoother to play now
also rengar was always "op" if you see it like that

he's op now yes he was balanced before the patch but right now he's just utterly broken
his q does too much dmg to turrets and his q dmg just got increased if you go critgar which was the best build for most games
the stack forgiveness making you be able to jump stack anytime you want made it so much easier to play
no cast time e wasn't rlly a big 'op' change it takes time to get used to again and the r vision is super QoL bc u won't be dying to it bugging out and not showing people anymore
