Below like master, jungle is by far the best role to carry and it's not even close. Nunu is also a decent carry champ if you actually get successful ganks off and control objectives (which you should if you are ahead as nunu)

If you want to play other junglers that's fair enough. If you are more specific in what you are looking for we can give some recommendations. If it's just someone more hypercarry than nunu, there are lots of options like Belveth, Lee sin, Viego, Karthus ect
