try to main one role
try out other roles and any champs that you hate to know what your allies and enemies will likely do

get vision more often
check the map every 3 seconds or so
use pings to communicate with your team
practice cs'ing in practice tool

try one tricking and don't play macro dependent champs like shaco

understand when each champion in your game gets their powerspike (when they become really strong) and when you are weak

also review your games (watch replay) and think where you should go
what you shouldve bought for the matchups
what you did wrong to die somewhere

look to improve yourself with every game
even if your teammate sucks
there are still areas you can improve

also check leaderboard to see if enemy has more gold (in items) than you and who has the most kills (to see who is the scariest person to fight and who on your team is the best option to depend on)

I’m Masters here are my thoughts:

1.) Not enough games played
2.) Commit to a role
3.) One Trick a champion
4.) Have Humility

That should be more than enough to get you into gold at least. As you play more of one role and one champion you’ll find yourself discovering your champions limits. That’ll let you out micro your opponents. Don’t forget humility as well. You’re bronze for a reason and so are your teammates. If you find yourself flaming them instead of focusing on how to win take a step back. The best players I know don’t type a thing even when they lose a game they almost 1v9’d. Yea, and just play more games as well. I found after 100 games of Thresh I suddenly understood exactly what I needed to do and the lobbies began feeling stupidly easy. Closing thoughts, if you take anything away from this I’d just say be willing to always learn and improve you can always get better so spend your time in game trying your best to do just that.

As long as you will be playing more than 2 roles and 2 champions you will not climb. That's all the advice you need tbh

I'm masters also. In my opinion the issue is not specifically what champs you play, vision, roles, game count etc. Although I would recommend sticking to 1 role with 2-3 champs only, and playing 2-4 games daily. Given the amount of time you've played the game in silver, you are not learning any fundamentals for how the game is actually meant to be played. You also have years of bad habits and autopilot built up, which will be very hard to break. I would recommend picking 1 role and studying every piece of educational content you can find. Even if its just searching "how to play jg" on youtube. The only way you will actually improve is by actively seeking and learning fundamentals.
