nocturne is good low elo and especially iron players tend to get caught out which is good for your ult, taking out a high priority squishy can win u games

learn to be efficient w/ farming, and abuse your R to get easy kills on people you can 1v1. Learn your champion's limits and pay attention to how your enemies and allies are doing and you should be able to get fed and carry lots of your games.

Here's my honest opinion as someone who has been in your situation:
Pick something that you like and stick to it. With 0 map awareness and macro whatsoever you can still be a menace in iron if you're fully capable of playing your champ to the fullest, and understand their kit.
Before I played any ranked I played loads of norms, arena, and occasionally aram, and I was able to learn my role (jg) and my champ (skarner) through trial and error, and sheer number of games.
My biggest recommendation is this:
Watch informational content (skill capped/kingstix/3 minute guides) and learn your champ and role. The more you know the better you are, and you can only get so far if you're just spamming games aimlessly.
