Kha' zix and lee sin are really aggressive jg's. J4 is a nice pick also since his ganks are stupid strong. hecarim should be your pick for jg though, since he fits all of those descriptions.

Mid line should probably be Syndra, sylas and ekko, with maybe a kat/zed pocket.
