i think the idea is to deal as much dmg as possible to enemy team since rumble falls off pretty hard late game and is pretty ult dependant late game. But also night harvester is a little underated i think, unless you need alot of mr pen, night harvester is amazing

i have very limited games on rumble but i dont see it being better as a first item in general tbh. Ive seen alot of people do it on rumble and other champs but from memory i feel like its only been on junglers.
Although might be worth conisdering what youre trying to achieve with that first power spike. Rocket belt makes a lane bully crayz obnoxious so if youre hard winning a lane i dont see why you wouldnt go belt first
