Why play top lane with sustain when you can play adc and have the same sustain with bloodthirster and the life steal rune

For me personally i have no problems with that, because as assasin main i can easily kill adc if not fed. Thats one of the main roles of assasins. Yes, adc rules the whole game but if assasin destroy adc in early game, lategame adc will struggle a lot to be back in game and 99% of the situations is farming 🙂

You won't be able to destroy the adc early game if his supporter peels for him
