I was so hyped about Yi new skin, can't wait to buy it right away when it go live but this really a sad new for me if it true.

Inkshadow Yi's Icons and Border will be delayed to 13.10.

I looked at Yone he doesn’t have a splash art either, it’s in the game if you go to his skins but it’s like a logo of Inktshadow that’s all
