Honestly the best advice I can give is: play more ranked. Elo systems are pretty slow to converge to an accurate rating with just how many other factors influence your games beyond yourself. I'd say you shouldn't expect a consistent experience with <100 games played, especially given your apparent MMR vrs. rank discrepancy.
