90% of junglers will start with their bot side for the better leash, most junglers reach top scuttle by 3.30. Most high elo will ward the river bush at bot around 1.16 which gives vision for 2 waves which works well since thats when youll get early ganked IF u are getting early ganked. Just look at what ure junglers camps are up, and assume that same for enemy so thats where they will be

pay attention to which side the enemy jg probably got leashed on. you can generally track their movements from there in lower elos. better players get more clever when it comes to ganking sometimes. or even invade early depending on champions.
you can piece it together based on who arrives late. rarely you'll see someone provide a "fake leash"
