this sounds like a thinly veiled attempt at unlocking every champion for free.
because "my account go transfered to vietnam" is such a convenient thing to put out there. most cracked accounts try to get perma'd asap by the thief.

This happened with me a year ago. I had to submit a support ticket and wait. I provided as much details as i could to prove the account was mine.
Make sure that after you get it back, you reset your password, then for extra security, if you want to take the extra step, just in case, do forgot your password, again, to make sure any potential password reset links they have are null and void.
Also, make sure you submit another ticket for any rp that was used to transfer your account and for any other purchases made, of course do that after you get it back to your region.
