I was going to show you what I mean but it doesn't allow me to send a video of my issue... it shows the sheen effect but it does literally 0 damage. I have tried many times

you can't upload directly to this server. you need to upload it to another site like youtube streamable or whatever. if you want to send a direct highlight from a replay you can send it via dms.

sorry it is kind of short but see how after i buy sheen there is no additional damage? 68 damage before and 68 after

I think the UI just confused me because the damage numbers bounce from the screen when attacking champions but not on minions but for some reason I didn't notice that happens

stuff that is a series of multi-hits or a dot totals the damage underneath the unit. not always the case in some aspects. like mentioned below
