if I get counter picked, how do I play Akali vs Heimer??

I usually perma ban heimer but recently, I got matched with heimer due to technical reasons and I absolutely threw the game, any tips against him?

I mean if you have W up he cannot walk up to the wave and you can probably kill him with R or E if you ever lane the 2

you just have to cry it out during laning phase and then shit on him late game
