in the laning phase youre always underlevelled as jungle

if youre farming fast you might be equal to botlane, but youre gonna be behind no matter what

#

as eve you have a very weak early, when I play her i usually wait until 6 to gank, but then I do focus on ganking more than getting camps

#

thats also the thing, she isnt a champion before 6 and when top/mid reach lvl 6 youre most likely lvl 4 or 5.
