I usually think of going full tank Garen and if I'd have to go with items I wouldn't purchase boots and the item order would be like this: Frostfire, Deadmans, Force of Nature, Warmogs, Spirit Visage, Thornnail and purchase Elixir or Iron in the end.
Any thoughts?

Garen tank is good only if you trust your team for doing dmg then I don't think it's a good idea for solo queue
