how to deal against strong split pushers

Hello,
I'm a pretty casual player. I was wondering how you guys deal with a strong split pusher, in the scenario where your top laner struggles and it requires a lot of attention that allows them to have map pressure everywhere else but yet you can't leave the split pusher unchecked or they will end the game.

Any tips, macro strategies? ANyone know how to draft against them ? How do you organize to prevent this in laning phase or how do you deal with it later in the game?

What do you consider being a win condition and how do you create map pressure if no one can match them in a 1v1?

I mean the short answer is give them the respect they deserve. If all they’re gonna do is splitpush all game, make sure there’s someone there to stop them.
