Neeko W mimicing her abilities and her passive being more than just a hiding tool for her ultimate.

Syndra to keep her lane bully presence as a mage since its quite rare and she's more or less the only one.
Give her a meaningful passive than just empowered abilities unlocked at 9/13/16/18
