I suppose the minmaxer upgrade isn't supposed to stop working midway for this quest. It worked for the deadlies before the Deadly DLC dungeons (Twisted Grove, Dystopia, and Blackmoon Lower-Upper), but after defeating Deadly Mine of Sorrows, it only added one point

Seems as if this quest was never intended to receive bonuses from minmaxer

But before 0.4.2 I think, it did. So it's possible to unlock the quest and already have 16/19 progress if you completed the first four deadly dungeons before the 0.4.2 update
