50% extra damage proc on weapons such as Blood Drinker and Goredusk do not seem to do the extra damage to the enemy. I will see the red damage number pop up during the proc and also notice the healing seems to work. But the actual damage to the enemy's healthbar seems to only account for the normal attack damage without the additional 50%.

Hello Defias, how have you noticed this?
Hey there Ed, I would just watch the enemy health go down as my character is attacking and add up the damage numbers. For example, if my normal attack hits for 10k, I see the enemy health go down by 10k. But when the 50% damage proc happens, I see the normal attack white number for 10k, the red damage proc number of 5k, but the enemy health still only goes down by 10k.
Here's a screenshot of right before a proc happens. The enemy health is 108m.
Here's a screenshot of right after the proc. My white normal attack hits for 4m and the red bonus proc hits for 2m. But the enemy health only went down 4m from 108m to 104m. If I assume correctly, the enemy health should have gone down a total of 6m from 108m to 102m.
