That's... weird, but I think it's just the download failed for probably network instability reasons. Rerun and it'll probably just work on a retry

Now it is working successfully, @hollow dome! I do have a question concerning the installation. Can SwarmUI run on a portable drive, like an external enclosure?

you'll want the main install on an os-valid drive (eg ntfs), removable drives generally work if formatted correctly.
You can put the models & outputs wherever you want, so it's common to install the software on main drive and put models somewhere else
