Same here store items do not refresh at all it's been a week now

For the past 2 seasons ALL items in the store disappeared for me, even the featured ones.... those usually disappear, less than 2 weeks in.
I contacted support last season. After 3 days ,and sending multiple screneshots... they told me it was a bug and just gave me like 3 or 5 million Squid bucks, and called it done. Like wtf.... why do I need squid bucks when I can't buy anything with them.
Usually I notice the event swag disappears within the same day or so that they send the email announcing it. It happened with K pop event for me too. Literally the same minute I got the message, I opened the store, and it was cleared out of everything except Character Tokens .... now even those are half locked for me ... even tho I'm far from max on most characters.

Also alll of my new emotes say item unavailable, I haven't gotten anything new outside of a contest in 3 or 4 seasons now, aside from the 3 featured costumes, and not even all of those, due to issues.
