I think that you are subtracted the 250 coin bags from the Emote. I just got the bug and only have the difference left.

It's a visual bug, the tracker is still showing the current count in your progress line(shows 264), the coin bag on top right is the visual bug

Thanks for reporting. Checked in with the team on this and can confirm it's a visual bug with the counter in the top right. The tracker should always be correct though.
