Optimizing Game for Older Devices to Expand Player Base

If you can make the game work a older devices that would make a lot of people join as many need a new system for it, I know 1060 is not hard to get but I have many of my friends who want to play but can't because their devices don't come under requirement of the game.

This is something way harder than it seems, game uses Unreal Engine tech and has great optmization settings, there is nothign they can do to allow older hardware to play the game.
