Try to avoid using globals that dont spend/build any cp during your flag window.
Building to max cp > BR > Flag > finish is generally a good strat to make sure you have the energy to utilize flag window

yes, you want to avoid using anything that doesnt spend/build cp during the first 12sec window to maximize your stacks.
