Some talking points.
For 2. You can see some windows were just not used, this caused you to miss some shivs; and some dps as a result

As for the rest, it seems like you’re lining them up, and holding to do so, which is fine to a degree.
Usually I’ll be able to sneak twice the vendettas to vanish; so I’m thinking there may have been an oopsie woopsie here.

What I TRY do is pop all on opener
Then do 1 shiv + mfd
Next is flag + shiv vendetta
Shiv mfd again
Then again flag + shiv vendetta + vanish

Full send shiv.
MfD:
Pop all on opener > mfd in between > mfd during flag > mfd in between > mfd during flag.

Lining up vend and flag is dependent on how many flag stacks you get if done well, lineups are great. If not - less good

For ease of play, yes.

Also for vanish, you don’t look for envenom; you just use whatever finisher is needed there.
MA is good because it boosts our combo point generation during flag specifically. Maximizing flag stacks is EXTREMELY important

Yes

#

Envenom is to fill in gaps and extend SnD, that’s about it.
So if they’re in pandemic, don’t greed for another envenom, just keep the bleed up
