So there’s some major nitpicky things to say, but all in all, you did fine.
Some bigger things are to make sure not to waste CP, especially from muts- this could have been ping.
Another thing is missed shiv; however, it was close on a 12s hold.
It ended up falling on 4:14 > next cast Is at 4:56. It comes up on 4:39, so it’s not worth, you’ll miss the beginning of it, but remember you hold shiv for 12s for vend and flag, otherwise, it’s rough.

For a fight like halondrus, I would just wait for your xymox trinket to cycle to axe. Opening w/ sword if you don't lust opener is fine-ish but it will be less damage than the axe
also w/ a 6min kill you could've squeezed another agi pot in there
at arguably the most important part of the fight in p3
Flag usage is fine, maybe could've squeaked out another 4-5 stacks in the later flags but it's not really even that big of a deal
But besides that quake covered that your CT uptime could be higher
gar and rupture are usually fine at 90%+ but you'd prefer to get those as close to 95%ish+ as possible. Granted a lot of it probably did have to do with a 300 ping. That's a massive latency problem esp when you're trying to hit the last global in flag or right before vendetta ends
