first thing I would check are rupture. garrote, slice n dice, deadly poison uptime you should be able to sustain 95% if not higher of these
next i look at major CD casts ( vendetta, flagellation, vanish, shiv) did you miss a cast of any of these? were they properly synced
also check combo points wasted you effectively can reach 0 shoot for less than 5 wasted per 5 minutes

we can already see here major cooldowns were missed, you are playing duskwalker which means you should be able to vendetta roughly every minute, and luckily on this fight Pre fabricated Sentry come out around that time and have enough health to get value out of vendetta. The 3rd vanish was delayed and caused you to miss a very last second one at the 7 minute mark. You also have a lot of missing shiv's. Big rule of thumb just send it every 30 seconds.
This fight is very hectic and add's sometimes just go poof, but try to bleed and poison everything you can

For me marileth simmed higher in all content, and this fight is especially good for kevin being able to achieve 100% uptime on kevin. I would just recheck your sims for which soulbind to use
Shiv usage looked beautiful on this fight good work. Vendetta also looking better. Vanish looks like you are delaying still, and you missed a cast probably from P3 panic mode. Also I noticed you are ambushing from stealth as necrolord you can go ahead and remove it from your bar completely, much better to mutilate if you have no combo points, or finisher if you have max-1 CP.
garrote and rupture uptime lookin solid still room for improvement. Crimson Tempest uptime could be much better, as necrolord on single target tho it is much better to take poison bomb.
I would also look into Deeper Strategem, in the current state with 4 piece, this talent is ahead on DPS for necrolord assassination. You may "feel sluggish" but trust DPS should be higher overall
