m+ logs can be a little challenging to analyze, and I'm at work
so might be a little slow on my end sorry

aight I want to point out some higher level things, first screenshot is flag casts, second is tornado, and the last one is symbols. So clearly urh has some weighting in this, condensing cooldowns, but there's some clear issues already with it
it's easiest to see with the flag screenshot
there's just reall big gaps sometimes
in general not counting urh, flag should be every minute to line up with every other symbols
so it should be like 5 min, symbols, 5:30, symbols + flag, 6 min symbols, 6:30 symbols + flag
I should also be seeing tornado with every flag
so just looking at the screenshots and the differences in casts, it's sorta there, but it's not quite lining up
so now knowing that we're missing casts and having some syncing issues, lets take a look more granularly and see how those casts are actually happening to try and fix that
very first pull we already see some weird stuff happening
you have the flag->finish->tornado part
but the symbols came in way way early
and we used dance into a finisher, which we should avoid
so instead of that, the combo should have been flag->finish->tornado
and then between the tornado and that first finisher
that's when we want to cast symbols/dance/blades
the blades was basically where it needed to be
so moving into the next pull
(I think it's a chain pull)
I don't really get the vanish there, might be an aggro thing, but I like what's happening here
symbols is close to on cooldown, the dance comes in
slice during dance is usually a no no, but you're in aoe so you get a pass on that one
but then we start getting issues
first off, we got dance into backstabs happening for some crazy reason
we have a rupture, inside dance (never cast rupture during dance), at the end of a pull (don't cast rupture if it's not gonna last the full duration)
and that symbols only buffs about 5 gcds
not ideal
If you've noticed, that symbols also would be the second symbols, which should be the flag as well
obviously it's the end of the pull so I would've just held the symbols and then cast it at the start of the next pull with the flag
so I'm gonna fast forward to the next flag pull
notice how this is 2 min in
we're kinda behind on flag casts already
but we're seeing similar things
the symbols is early, the dance is early and into a finisher
the second dance is also into a finisher
want to try and avoid that
going into the boss here, there's a lonely tornado with no flag
now my guess for that is because you sent flag on cooldown here
and it wasn't up in time
that's kinda fine, you still synced it with symbols
but that gets you in trouble with the next cast and now you're desynced from tornado right
then we get the next flag
and it's just sad
there's no CP on this flag, the cooldown is gonna be hella long right
so this is the chance to sync it back up with things
but I'm guessing the urh messed you up
cause 15-20 seconds later
we see the tornado with no flag
and we're not synced up again
and now we're sorta repeating ourselves again and again
so in general, I would say that you have a good understanding of the spec, clearly you know what you're doing
but you're just getting out of sync
especially with urh, it can be really problematic trying to sync things up, so I would suggest you just hard sync things
and as you get more comfortable with that
you can try and get used to the urh
urh reduces all the cooldowns by 20 seconds, so in theory it shouldn't desync anything
just shift it by 20 seconds
so the rule should always be symbols on cooldown, flag with every other symbols
tornado with every flag
symbols + flag + nado
symbols
symbols + flag + nado
symbols
symbols + flag + nado
over and over and over
the nado combo will always be flag->finish->nado, blades/dance/symbols between the gcd, then as normal
otherwise it's looking okay!
the backstabs are weird and there's some minor things like storming on 3 targets that I saw

usually with m+ its easier to have a conversation and questions and a back and forth from my experience coaching and stuff
looking at logs is really dry
cause every key plays differently
thanks, yeah i usually get all out of sorts i notice more on initial boss pulls
I think what helps a lot of people is to recognize that when urh pops and things come up, if you use them on cooldown as they come
they'll also sync back up afterwards
with urh you just gotta yolo it a little
and trust
that it'll be back
I also get thrown off sometimes on when to funnel or when to BP
I’m assuming boss fights never BP
Just storm and evis
While Uhr is alive
funnel isn't really a hard and fast rule
it's more of an experience thing
usually I funnel urhs ,that's a safe bet
but honestly flag handles a lot of funneling outside of bosses these days
I find myself using powder quite often
but if there's a big scary mob you should probably funnel
necromancers in necrotic wake obviously since all the adds die when they do
